Current I've done an end-to-end diagnostic of the VCode usage across the WSV Systems and also its implications with the Insurance Agents. This involved understanding the group of codes that logically define an Injury, where they are mastered and recorded within the systems. Identify the workflow of the Systems wherein the affliction codes navigate within the Claims value chain i.e. from Claim registration/liability acceptance to Claim management and settlement. Came up with the PARCI model of governance that defines the owners for the Standard Letters that get produced and sent out to the Injured worker, Employer and Medical officers. This involved mapping each of the System actors like Case Manager, RTW specialist, Eligibility Officer etc. to the standard letter documents they owned. In order to achieve this I had several meetings with our Agents EML, Gallagher Bassett, CGU within their CBD offices. These were 2 hour workshops involving a Live demo of the entire process from Claim registration to their Eligibility management. I also documented all these processes within Confluence and defined the Agile stories and acceptance criteria by liaising with the Product Owner. Doing business gap analysis for the 37 RP4 reports to identify the differences between FieldLink and CRM. Deriving data mappings for the Before and After Salesforce CRM reports to be generated. Engaging with the Business to seek their approvals/sign-offs against the new calculations for Inspection Visits being done within CRM. Reviewing the design docs given by the CRM project team to understand whether it meets WSV IMF's expectation or not specifically around data modelling used. Engaging with the IMF teams to understand the Business Keys/Objects they use within their deliverables. Come up with a Concept model for Enterprise BI team, defining the rules that relate each of the business keys so that a shared data model can be created for the BI dashboards
