By leveraging this innovative solution, we successfully reduced the processing time of invoices from 48 hours to just 12 minutes. This significant improvement was achieved across 14 markets in the Asia Pacific region, revolutionizing the way suppliers do business with J&J and streamlining the invoicing process for the organization.o Savings projected: 4.5M$ in 4 years through an investment of 1.5M$

The new role provided to me was to own all the Products / Solutions related to Finance and Procurement in the region. Key Projects delivered: 1. Integration of A&D into J&J (Actelion, AMO), ESP - Enterprise Standards Productivity Programs that aim to generate 2$ billion savings to the company was delivered successfully for Procurement in the region (14 countries). ESP brings in new processes, technology, and organization, and Procurement was unique compared to Finance and HR, where all three streams were transformed completely.2. Part of a ground-breaking project that revolutionized the procurement process, orchestrating a holistic transformation encompassing people, processes, and technology. By driving change management initiatives and leveraging the latest technologies, the project significantly improved efficiency, cost savings, and stakeholder satisfaction, establishing a new standard for procurement excellence within the organization. (Savings: 4.14 NPS Score achieved on 5 in 1 year of implementation, Managing spend of 2.6B$ creating more spend visibility for Procurement organization. )3. Led as Program Lead for the intricate GST law changes in India, recognized as a monumental tax reform in the country's history. I orchestrated a seamless transition for all J&J companies, ensuring compliance with tax requirements from the first day of enforcement. Leveraging a robust and agile working approach, I fostered stronger partnerships across Tax, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, HR, and other functions within the organization to navigate the complexities of the reform successfully.
