Enforces compliance with HSE requirements to reduce or prevent hazards, dangers, or accidents in areas of hazardous materials, fire, life, occupational and safety.Main Responsibilities: >Responsible for day to day implementation of all safety matters and enforce the company safety rules and regulations at site. >Ensure that all worker are aware of safety and health requirements before commencing their work. >Conduct safety inspection of work areas to ensure safe working conditions and keep daily record and report to HS&E Manager & project Manager when necessary. >Ensure that work activities on site are subjected to hazard identification and risk assessment process. >Investigate incidents (accidents, near misses, emergencies) at relevant places of work and submit full report to Safety Manager and other concerned managers to avoid re occurrence. >Provide safety talks to site supervisors and workers. >Inspect company’s equipment in coordination with supervisors/foremen on site to ensure safe working condition. >Inspect company fire fighting equipment (fire extinguishers.) on a regular basis.
