With a B.TECH degree in Information Technology from V.S.B. Engineering College, I have a solid foundation in IT systems, networks, and security. I learned how to apply theory to practice, and how to use various technologies and tools to solve IT problems.For over a year and a half, I have been working as a Service Desk Engineer at InKnowTech, where I provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers and clients across different platforms and devices. I have developed strong skills in remote desktop, remote troubleshooting, and remote communication, as well as customer service and teamwork. I have successfully handled multiple tickets and queries, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of IT professionals, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools. I value quality, efficiency, and innovation, and I strive to deliver high-standard and effective service to the customers and clients.
