• Interacting with the Project manager for discussing the scope & schedule of the ongoing project.• Supervises the work of Contractors & guides them whenever necessary.• Effectively manage time & are responsible for timely delivery of projects.• Monthly site status report to be prepared and will be send to project manager.• Plan work according to the client requirements and manage the time for early completion.• Contractor performance to be evaluated.• NCR’s to be raised based on the site deviations.• To maintain detail reports & Protocols of all the tasks while completing the project.• Materials to be checked for defects.

• Review of material test certificates for all incoming materials andWelding consumables.• To monitor the Job activities for the above products as per Internationalstandards, Client / Project specification and Procedures.• Inspecting the fit-up to finish weld in each stage.• Review of Quality Control & NDT procedures.• Review of welding procedures (WPS / PQR).• Review of Qualification of welders(WPQR).• Review PMI / PWHT and endorse reports.• Witness Visual, Dimension & Pressure tests.• Co-ordination with various NDT activities.• Co-ordination with Third party Inspectors.• Monitor and verify that the work execution and implementation are as approved Quality Plan, Procedures, specification & drawings.
