Managing Scope, Schedule, Stakeholders and Vendors

• Perform various financial analyses such as reconciliations and variance analysis;• Prepare budgets and forecasts to project and track financial metrics such as revenue, expense, etc.;• Interact periodically with senior level internal, and sometimes external, clients to present various analyses, discuss recommendations and provide project financial advice;• Track expenditures and perform the client bill and receivable collection functions;• Perform and manage project management office (PMO) functional tasks and perform day-to-day contract management activities;• Understand and utilize standard processes for project management, quality management, and risk management;• Contribute to the growth and development of the overall Project Controller Practice through active involvement in one or more practice initiatives.

 The extraction of data and populating report templates using MS Word & PowerPoint and utilizing market research knowledge to provide analysis and presentations of key data to the US colleagues. Gathering industry-specific business information, using internal and external research sources such as analyst reports as well as information databases (e.g. Bloomberg, Factset, Google Finance) for inclusion in marketing material. Ensuring data consistency and accuracy. Being proactive in supporting the US-based Access marketing team which originates and executes non-deal roadshows and other investor relation services for major US and global companies and help in the smooth functioning of the process. Persistent interaction with the Analysts, Event marketing and Investment Banking on the numerous information required for report generation and translate them into a customized report for the client. Worked on ad hoc projects (pitch books, conference material, reverse roadshow materials, sales commentary, etc). Worked on Pitch books which are prepared to analyze and recommend Corporate Clients to pitch in the regions where it is under owned compared to its peers. Building relationship with Access originators and the Analysts. Assisting the team in ad hoc requests. Work closely with the event marketing team in updating records.
