As a process Developer we are responsible maintaining the day to day operation of web servers. Troubleshooting and resolving issues.As a member of Linux Admin supporting Technology Environment group responsible for Installation, Maintenance, Administration and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows server-Handling problems or requirements as per the ticket (Request Tracker) created.-Include sales process direct business to customer(B2C).-Assist and train hosting representatives.-Install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-wide Apache Web Servers and mail servers, application servers and database servers.-Monitor system activities and fine tune Server parameters and configuration to optimize performance issues.-Remote system Administration using SSH and Telnet.-Manage all hosting servers ranging from Shared Hosting accounts to Linux Dedicated Servers.-Maintain cPanel, WHM, and Parallels Plesk installations.-Expertise in web hosting technologies and troubleshoot all basic errors on Customer’s website.-Managing and Troubleshooting with: DNS, FTP, SSH, RDP, SSL, CPANEL, PLESK and MySQL.-Responsible to handle escalated issues of adding domain, installing SSL, Apache tuning and MySQL optimization.-Regular checks of server performance and configure various services in monitoring.
