- I work in a team of 7 people adhering to Agile SDLC principles.- My role is primarily focused on the Interfaces module of the application that establishes communication and data transfer between the third party systems – FMS (Financial Management System) and the Carriers like BCBS, Delta Dental, United Health Care, Neighborhood Health of Rhode Island etc. - Act as a point of contact for the DEV teams to gather any additional information they require in resolving the issues. - Work with the release engineering teams to align the release order of the bug-fixes/features as prioritized/re-prioritized by the client teams
