Update the CAD & Revit model as per changes and prepare schedules as per client requirements.Selection of Air outlets, Equipment’s, Pipe & Duct fittings from approved material submittals.Populating single and multi-disciplinary models with family components, systems in accordance with supplied design information.Help in the presentation of the BIM project model to the management and take their feedback.Prepare plans and shop drawings for the purposes of presentation, permit Request for inspection (RFI), Installation, fabrication and welding.Assist to set‐up and maintain all control logs (shop, as‐built drawings) etc.Assist in the development of Mep co-ordination schedules.Create new library components.Responsible for (Shop, Redline mark-up, As-built, isometric & MEP co-ordination) drawings.Prepare detailed vendor drawings of Mechanical Equipment for Site Installations.Prepare CRS (Comment Resolution Sheet) for Consultant Comments.To advice on any impact on services caused by Architectural changes and raise a query to MEP Manager & Consultant.Supervise the Jr.Draughtsman for the production of shop drawings to ensure that all services are co-ordinated.Responsible for preparing Mep Construction drawings covering building projects from inception to completion.Responsible for ensuring timely submission and high quality of drawings.

Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for all disciplines like, Mechanical, Piping, Plumbing, Electrical as well as for the project co-ordination drawing for the site.Collecting information from the site and implementing in the as-built drawing.Handling project drawings with the concern engineering staff.Provide functional support to the design Architect/ Engineers on the assigned task project.Performs other Job Responsibilities as directed by management, Collaborate with design staff by establishing methods of closer communication and coordination.Coordinate with consultant for approval of shop drawings and after approval sending then on site for execution.Preparation of Builders works Drawings.Participate in site inspection, testing and checking on progress with client.Preparing Operation Manual with the help of Engineer after Finishing the Project for hand over.

Co-ordinate Mechanical services with Architecture, Structural, Interior design (ID) drawings, Firefighting, Electrical, ELV and BMS drawings.Responsible for (As-built drawings, Redline mark-up, and Isometric) drawings for all disciplines like, (HVAC, Chilled water system, Plumbing, Drainage). Prepare MEP Co-ordination shop drawings for (Service tunnel, Sub-stations, BHS (Baggage handling system) area, UPS rooms, Battery rooms, Rotunda buildings and AHU rooms).Co-ordinating with Sr. Mech Draftsman regards to the submission of shop drawings.Prepare plans and shop drawings further purposes of presentation, permit, Site clarification reports (SCR), and Installation.
