Regular interaction with resource planners for resolving of issues with regard to the resource planning activities for their respective Portfolios Sourcing of ITS India resources by coordinating with their respective functional leads. Managing data maintenance process for all Retain resource records across IT Services. Providing regular reports reflecting data gaps to the planners for action. Broadcasting of weekly retain reports to senior management & related stake holders for different portfolios as per SD Team’s requirement.
