In charge of the execution of various Extra High Voltage Power Transformer supply orders being bagged. This includes issuing order acceptance to customers/ getting amendments as the case may be, co-ordination with engineering team and the end customer for timely submission and approval of contract drawings, co-ordination of inspections at sub vendors / our works as per the contract, arranging the timely dispatches, preparation of commercial documents, submission of bills for getting payments as per order terms, arranging transportation of transformer and its accessories and executing Erection Testing and Commissioning (ETC) contracts for transformers if required, after sales support, etc.In charge of the Transportation of Transformer and its accessories to various project sites meeting the customer requirments.

Procurement activities (both imported and indigenous) of Extra High Voltage Power Transformer raw materials /components/accessories involving Vendor/subcontractor identification, Solicitation of offers, Comparative Bid Analysis, Price Negotiations & Order Finalization based on Vendor/subcontractor Qualification & Comparative analysis. Procurement planning, expediting, coordination with production planning department. Periodic assessment of approved Vendors / subcontractors. Handles approval of prospective Vendors /subcontractor. Assisting Vendors/subcontractors for Technical Qualification /Pre- qualification. Import-export license (Advance Authorization) related activities like obtaining the authorization, Submission of bond to customs authorities, getting the items in Advance Authorization invalidated to suppliers for indigenous sourcing /utilization, clearing goods under duty free for items in Advance Authorization being imported directly. Closure of application to get EODC from RA concerned and redemption of bond at Customs subsequently. Documentation for obtaining various incentive scheme & proper utilization of same in paying duties and taxes to Govt. Co ordination with freight forwarding & customs house agents for timely arrival & clearance of imported components.
