As a Director at Estrrado Technology Solutions, I lead the Marketing of Education and Retail ERP management and e-commerce and mobility solutions to clients across various industries.Before joining Estrrado in April 2022, I was the Managing Partner of HR and Marketing at Gravity Builders and Developers, a Construction company based in Trivandrum, for eight years. I was responsible for managing the human resources, marketing, and sales functions of the company, as well as developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and attract new customers.I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Computer Science from the University of Kerala, where I gained a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and programming. I also have extensive skills and experience in HR management, employee learning and development, and executive leadership, which I acquired through various courses and certifications from Pearson Education Services and other reputable institutions.I am passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to solve complex problems and create value for customers and stakeholders.
