•Drive P&L for ~$250 M Portfolio •Practice Management – strategic planning and solution creation •Delivery Management – drive value to programs across service lines •Engage at strategic levels – with customer CXO as well as internal leadership•Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all services delivered to all customer accounts in the Retail Central portfolio•Drive Delivery efficiencies and innovation•Decide on ‘Cost of Delivery’ for clients, establishes budgets, success metrics and transformation roadmaps, engages client stakeholders for delivery reviews/issues•Drive solutioning for new deals•Support Commercial Market Head to ensure sustainable and scalable delivery experience •Make joint decisions on Revenue, Margin and all other critical account decisions with Regional Commercial SBU leader•Decide and sign-off business terms within the contract for both strategic & non-strategic opportunities•Monitor and operationalize strategies to drive NPS score, improving Employee Satisfaction and reducing regrettable attrition
