In order to design the brochure much research was done into brochure designs which was used to inform the layout of the brochure. After the basic layout of the 12-page brochure was decided the brochure was produces using both publisher and PowerPoint. - Creating a Customer Relations Management campaign - The campaign was created using MailChimp software. The campaign's aim was to increase awareness within universities nationwide of the services that Smallman and Son offered.
