As a Senior Executive in Wellness at GITAM, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for our students. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at promoting mental health and well-being within our community. These include:- Leading student counselling sessions to address various mental health concerns.- Initiating proactive messages and campaigns to enhance students' mental well-being.- Coordinating a Peer Support Volunteer Program to encourage peer-to-peer assistance.- Managing crisis situations with effective intervention strategies.- Conducting capacity building sessions to empower students and staff.- Organizing mental health events to raise awareness and provide resources.- Mentoring clubs to foster personal and academic growth.
