Worked with each partner organization to ensure a customized program design and delivery. Leading negotiations with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure program alignment. Working on a new program concept - starting from research and analysis to designing content development and testing. The project also involved leading executive reviews and detailing risk assessments to seek funding and understanding program’s core elements and desired outcomes.• People Management:  Managing a team of six staff members across various locations and across my programs. Recruited and managed the team, leading them to work autonomously especially around COVID scenarios.• Data and Process Management: Ensured that data collected was consented and processes set to ensure systematic and consistent recording and management of data for future analysis. Consistent monitoring of data at source and using CI reviews, student and stakeholder feedback for making informed decisions on program planning.
