Our aim is to push reading literacy amongst children and have them experience the joy of reading given whatever background. Setup partnerships with various NGOS (Teach for India, iTeach, Hippocampus, ILP, Sarva Vidya, and various government schools. Helped them setup libraries and best practices donating library books. Systematic Reading Program has been designed and developed at Hyderabad that systematically inculcates reading in children through a holistic reading program and measures progress of reading skills amongst children.Partnering with Telangana Social Welfare Board , donating books and conducting pilot programs. Responsible for leading the product development (Engineering side) for couple of System Centre products in the Windows Server Group : Operations Manager and Service Manager, Enterprise Cloud Group.My main role was to lead the engineering team efforts on these 2 server system products that involved both sustaining the old products and shaping up the new release (SC 2016)for Operations Manager and Service Manager. Roles and responsibility included working with the program management team in whetting out new features, design and architecture of new features with engineering leads and senior engineers, project management , monitoring bugs and issues, working with field team on analysing core issues of product and overall career and growth of team apart from the overall management of day to day activities of team.
