• Responsible for the delivery of project and service work performed by the team in India.• Responsible for the morale, training, coaching and mentoring of the India staff.• Responsible for the quality of output from the India operation.• Responsible for the productivity, efficiency and utilization of the Indian staff.• The senior point of liaison between the Indian office and the board.• A dispute arbitrator as required between India staff internally, and between India and the board.• The liaison between the India team and Quickstart Global and be responsible for maintaining that relationship.• Report informally on a regular basis and formally on a monthly basis issues relating to the India operation as required.• Attend (by conference call) the weekly team meetings. Travel to the UK as required meeting with the UK team.• Write and deliver performance evaluation and appraisal of staff.• Award of bonuses and pay increases to staff in conjunction with the board.• Take part in Presale activity• Complete implementation of the project through all stages• To work with different geography teams to deliver the solutions to the different customers• Estimate initial project cost and timing• To develop detailed implementation plans using MS Project to enable delivery of the Technical Solution Document• Identify and manage cost, schedule or scope changes to the projects• Performance management of under performing staff including liaison with Quickstart Global’s HR team as required, ensuring consistent and clear communication with the board on such issues.

Monitor current working practices and where necessary advise on suitable Improvements. • Work as part of a management team to successfully deliver the overall project. • Take ownership of completing deliverables on time within agreed constraints. • Ensure appropriate training needs and staff development is met. • Study and understand the core concept of a subject undertaken for development.• Understanding the actual working of the subject.• Taking part in analysis and design of the modules for the actual implementation.• Testing thoroughly the implemented subjects.• Design and Implement the Back- End (Database) as well as Front End for Applications.
