An acceleration development program at Nutrifood Indonesia which I am rolled into various departments with exposure to business and commercial function such as marketing, brand, sales and distribution during intensive 12 months period.1st Project:I worked at Customer Development department and I managed to create feasibility study and comparison analysis between Nutrifood internal Sales Promotion Girls management and Outsourcing agency in West Jakarta. My focus was to compare in terms of cost, budget allocation, training, benefits, and performance. I also created an action plan if outsourcing method will be initiated in Nutrifood. Aside that I also managed to do several promotional campaigns on Nutrifood products such as Nutrisari and Tropicana Slim.2nd Project:I worked under Distribution Development Team in Samarinda,East Kalimantan to increase sales performance through reviewing and improving salesman productivity, managing new distributor and handling activation campaign for Nutrisari W'dank.3rd Project:I worked under Brand Team managing "HiLo" milk products. I created and executed HiLo chocolate avocado branding activities in various senior and vocational high schools through sponsorship and entrepreneurship cooperation programs in East and Central Jakarta.4th Project:I worked under Distribution Development Team in Manado, North Sulawesi managing products distribution at regional modern market, improving service level at local distributor and handling Nutrisari Jus Kental Manis penetration campaign.
