 Escalating all critical/ major outages, faults or site owner issues to the Head / management for early resolution. Checking and verifying all bills of vendors related with infra & utilities maintenance, ensuing that the site running expenses are controlled (part of operating expenses) and remain within the budget for assigned circle.  Coordination with acquisition & rent department regarding owner issues, rent negotiation of new/ shared/ existing sites. Collecting and collating data and carrying out value added analysis to facilitate strategic planning and conducting verification in liaison with field team. Measuring the performance of the processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness matrix and ensuring adherence to SLA. Ensuring proper preventive maintenance for Diesel Generator Sets, Battery Banks, Power Plant, Servo, Isolation Transformers, fire alarm panel, fire extinguishers, Air-con, PIU, earth terminations of Tower etc. Effectively controlling and supervising concerned Site Technicians for operation & maintenance activities, Diesel filling, site electricity bill collection and submission to concerned authorities. Identifying alarms generated by OMCR /NMC & ensuring the timely rectification of the same within the specified timeframe Take remedial measures to control high consumption of diesel & power; deploy diesel fillers at sites to fill diesel in D. G. Sets, control their operation & frequency of diesel filling.  Tracking all preventive maintenance scheduling of network Infra and undertake implementation with coordination of SPs operations team, ensuring timely servicing & maintenance by vendors of infra under AMC.  Organizing staffing by considering shift patterns and staff required to meet the expected work load and at the same time considering the service level & agent utilization of the process. Seamlessly liaising for end-to-end O&M activities with various reputed vendors; maintaining MIS report.

 Looked after the Operation & Maintenance of power utilities (DG, LT panels, AC, Servo stabilizer, UPS, Fire alarm system etc.) through vendors.  Handled installation & commissioning of all Electrical Equipment SMPS, DCDB, ACDB, Battery, A.C., Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector, DDF Panel, Earth and DG etc.  Carried out acceptance test of the work done, in the presence of the customer. Undertook inventory management and maintenance of Telecom assets /equipments while maintaining adequate inventory of stock & replenishing it as per demand/supply forecasts. Provided technical support in managing installation, commissioning and maintenance of various telecom equipments and their parts.
