Currently working in Schneider Electric India Pvt Ltd as Deputy Manager in Customer satisfaction and Quality department.Having a 8.5+ years of Industrial experience in areas of In-process Quality, New Product Quality, Assembly & final stage Quality, QMS activity of LV switchgear Industry (Low voltage).Looking after LV switchgear product such as Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) , Motorized MCCB, Electronics product such as APFC,M-power Pro,EOLR, iMMR and others accessories of switchgear.Hands-on experience of Production and Quality improvement tools such as 8D Problem solving methodology ,7 QC tools, QC Story, Six Sigma, DMAIC, SAP QM module ,HEP (Human Error prevention), PFMEA, PFD, Control Plan, OPL (One point lesson), Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing principle, Poka-Yoke, 5S ,Root cause analysis (RCA), Gauges & Control Charts Implementation for key dimensions.
