Roles and Responsibility: Electrical lead at 1247 MW ,Bikaner,World largest project by single IPP.Handling all Elecrtical acivities during project and leading construction activities. Also responsible for CEA visits in commissioning point of view for 1247 MW.Setting up the Drawing, tool and tackles, display board.Preparation of Organization and JD for all subordinates with Job assignment.Assignment / allocation of roll and responsibility to project team and contractor.Understand the complete project process, Plant SLD, Scope of all contractors and all the need of the project.Project plan and scheduling for completion as per time line.Resource planning forecasting.Inspection of material, Monitoring & Control of DC and AC Constructions in the entire Plant.Preparation of daily work schedule and assigning the jobs to all the subcontractors with Function wise job distribution.Planning, Scheduling, Tracking, Providing the direction and support to all the contractors And sub- contractors.Managing a team of junior engineers and technicians for supervising the work and Ensuring the successful deliverables of assigned target.Forecasting of Resource requirements for the planned and assigned work.Analyzing and assessing the risk factors involved during the execution of work and report to the CPMConstantly Monitor and Report the work progress to the project Director.Ensure Quality of construction and workmanship.Ensuring best quality Environment, Health and Safety standard during project construction.Coordination and alignment with transmission line team for timely interconnectivity of the power evacuation system.Successful delivery of construction of plant as per COD.

Project Commissioned- 10.5 & 21 MW Solar Power Plant at Mansa-Punjab of ESSEL Group. 50 MW (UP-1) and 50MW (UP-2) Solar Power Plant at Orai-UP of ESSEL Group.Job Responsibilities-• Provide end-to-end technical support to Ensure excellence in client care.• Associated with the setup of Solar PV Power Plant by performing Site Survey and providing design inputs to engineering team in form of reports• Responsible for coordination with ground team for Land selection, Lease/Sale deed, Title Documents, Due-diligence, NA Conversion and Handover of clear land to Project Execution Team. • Coordination with departmental persons for statutory approvals, Land Procurement, Electrical inspection, Commissioning of Solar PV Power Plants.• Responsible for preparing project execution schedule, Construction schedule, project flow chart, DPR, WPR, MIS for management and Client as well.• Preparation of BOM and scope of work finalization along with developing & overseeing preparation / implementation of engineering changes.• Evaluating and selecting the offers from contractors/suppliers• Formulate action plan to reduce losses in project execution phase by team.• Preparing Quality Standards and SOPs.• Prepared technical documents and ensured that the work was carried in accordance to the drawings and specifications.• Job is Techno Commercial and Administrative nature. Ensure statutory compliances and legal matters. Innovation, Evaluation and improvement by doing regular review of each dept.• Synchronizing with the team about Quality & Safety standards during the installation of Solar PV Power Plant for civil and electrical work.• Final handover offsite to O&M team with operating manuals.• Carrying out Project Development Work for 200+ MW Solar Power Plants, Project planning work over 400+ MW Solar power Projects as well as Execution work over 200+ MW Solar PV Power Plants with 6.6 kV, 11 kV, 33 kV, 66 kV, 110 kV, 132 kV transmission line and sub-station.

Ensure implementation of QA/QC standards and requirements.• Ensuring the timely and cost effective completion of solar farm and grid commissioning of the same.• Erection & commissioning of MV/ HV Overhead lines, Switchyard, Transformers, Inverter and Module etc.• Erection and commissioning of Communication system, and automation of Tracker system.
