• Executive Engineer in Spun bond and spun melt production line of Reicofil4s machine.• Carry out the Mechanical Preventive Maintenance as schedule and Troubleshooting the breakdown.• Carry out the daily check list of the of Main line Machine, and of utility such as Blowers, AHU, RTA Chillers, Pumps, Dryer, Compressor, Expansion tanks, WTP plant and ETP, mono rail, forklift, ATC crane, silo and asses the parameter of checklist for any abnormality during operation. • Maintain the Spare and Consumable material stock and indent the same in SAP to maintain minimum level of the stock. Also create a service PR in SAP. • Have the good knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics Diagram reading and also has the good experience in trouble shooting problem regarding it.• Trouble shooting the problem regarding Machine by reading and understanding the Machine manual and Diagram of the machine.• Do the Calibration of the Equipments and Machine inside and also by external person to ensure the proper functioning of the machine.• Also assist the Electrical team to trouble shoot the problems of the machine and the Equipments.• Also carry out the various project in order to improve the productivity, safety along with cost reduction.• Maintain the documentation as per ISO and according to the customer audit such as P&G, J&J,Kimberly Klark etc.Also Monitor and maintain the supply voltage of the plant and Power factor
