Lead the technical design, architecture, development, delivery and support of different applications/modules built on top of the Salesforce platform(Veeva CRM) for our Oncology Business Unit(OBU). Serve as strategic advisor and Force.com platform expert to the different business groups (Sales / Marketing / Medical / Patient Advocacy/ Legal / Ethics & Compliance) for support and enhancements made to existing applications. Work with the core technical team(vendors, technology partners, developers (onsite & offsite), customers, project managers, support team) to make sure that any solution developed is scalable, is aligned with business needs, meets business requirements, and more importantly is: user friendly. Provide presentations for existing features, and develop proof of concepts for new and upcoming features of the platform.

Technical owner of the Force.com Platform. Responsible for partnering with key stakeholders in Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and GMA to provide overall guidance on the direction of the platform and to align projects and enhancements to key business priorities. Was responsible for designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, ASP.Net, VSTO) for clients. Worked as an individual contributor, and also as part of a team. List of clients worked with include: Pfizer, Massachusetts Legislature, New York Power Authority, Broad Institute (MIT), Bank Of America, and Fidelity Investments.

Worked as part of a global team(with 50+ members) in a multi million project, for design and implementation of a Reporting Portal (UI design, User Controls development, Business Layer implementation, SharePoint Customization). Developed UI components using Infragistics and ASP.NET for various functionalities.Created navigation, administration, library and search components (UI and business layer). Deployed the solution in SharePoint with shared services in Pfizer.

Wrote technical specifications for a custom windows based configuration browser component based on input from marketing personnel. Developed prototypes for components to be displayed and demonstrated to management. Developed code with Unit tests (NUnit), Acceptance Tests (fit), Code Coverage (NCover) and minimal cyclomatic complexity (Vil).Started a design patterns group, and also did company wide presentation on best practices.Developed an automated test tool for testing the Data Access Server in C#.
