The CPR provider team maintains a provider system containing information about practitioners, vendors, affiliated vendors, and networks. This database is used to support various provider applications, including Navinet (a portal for provider services), PGRS Re-imbursement (a system for calculating re-imbursement for capitated payments), an application for calculating re-imbursement for providers based on monthly payments, and HCCS (a database containing all medical coding-related information). Project: Transfer and Payment Processes (TPP)Domain: Core Banking - CITI BANK, SingaporeTransfer and Payment Processes (TPP) product is a centralized handler of all Local (FT) and International Transfers (FG) and Intersystem Transfer (IT). The Users of this System are Citi phone. Branch, Back-Office, Teller (Via Eclipse).• Engaging in Requirement Analysis and Grasping the Requirement.• Involving in the divestiture project, responsible for extracting the transaction from the application and delivering it to an external agency using NDM transactions.• Working on nearly 20 Plus GC Countries Divestiture Support.• Verifying the FT/IT application files as a support team member during dry runs and batch following PAT migration.• Generating validation reports for FT/IT files by comparing PROD and PAT regions.• Collaborating with Testing and Support team to address possible problems periodically.• Participating in weekend support tasks for TS and FT/IT applications for 3 Countries Divestiture.

Project 2: System Investigation ReportSeveral reports are existing in production and the SIR addresses the defects and issues raised through SIR portal which needs to be resolved depending upon the priority level and business justification. This includes changes, which cannot be completed by support team. The weekly db2 updates and business logic changes are taken care. The changed design for developed application is handled and supported.Project 3: Custom reengineering. Conversion project from huge COBOL modules into simple COBOL and optimized modules implemented to improve the performance and facilitate maintenance of the entire application. Many reports were using the same module and code changes were getting complex with the increase in number of lines of source module. Hence, to improvise the readability, efficiency, standards and DB2 usage, a new architecture model was designed by including the advanced features of DB2. Efficiency of the application was improved by this with the cost savings to the client.
