Project - Regional Utilization and Demand Optimization- Optimized regional warehouse space by maintaining continuous stock levels for top-selling and targeted value products through a proactive replenishment system to prevent stockouts.Key Contributions:- Developed software in a team of 8 to help the warehouse team escalate and resolve inventory issues.- Analyzed data to assess inventory utilization obtained from the data analysis and modeling teams.- Utilized the MySQL database system to track inventory levels and REST APIs to ensure seamless integration between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other logistics platforms.- Developed an application that provides real-time visibility into product stock levels, Rate of Sales, and days of inventory on hand which provided replenishment quantities and prioritized restocking efforts.- Alerted supply chain on critical stock status and replenishment needs.
