Direct communication with Dubai Police, CID, Dubai Civil Defense, Al Amen, Clinic and Paramedics department in cases of emergencies (Fire, conflict, Physical Fighting, unauthorized access, vehicular accidents, drugs etc.)9. Providing assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.10. Multi computer using and function of computers, phone system, alarm systems, turn styles and handheld radios.11. Direct reporting each & every important incidents to GV Director Operations, Duty Manager, HSE Manager and GV Dubai Police Control Room.12. Handling more than 250 calls from GV Dubai Police Control Room, DCD, CID, Al Amen, Paramedics, GV Duty Manager, GV HSE department, GV Operations department, GV Guest Management Department, GV Administration department, GV Marketing department as well as from the visitors, restaurants/kiosks staffs and pavilions exhibitors.13. Handling more than 200 security guards during the GVEvent operation time.14. Preparing monthly roaster.15. Maintaining daily attendance and forwarding to the Company HR department.16. Taking all complains from the security guards related to their leaves, uniforms, lunch etc and forwarding to the Company Operation Manager.
