This thesis examines several topics which are arguably very important for the leadership process in almost any organization. The topics include management style, employee participation and involvement, control and trust, communication, motivation, recognition, co-operation and social interaction. All of these topics are used to examine the leadership and management in TDC. The focus has mainly been on the leadership process between middle-managers and their employees.
