• To supervise all operational activities related to the Oil Depot as per SOP’s & HSE Polices.• Commissioning the new Depots • Training to subordinate oracle system• To supervise Security staff activities and handling work force in the circumstance of key point measures of the terminal.• To ensure 100% HSE implementation at Terminal. • Physical checking of Storage Tanks by taking their Initial and Final dips, temperature/density and maintained record.• To supervise TL filling through flow meters of HSD & PMG.• To maintain accuracy of all filling T/Ls, keeping in view all HSE measures, quality and quantity control. • To maintain accuracy of quantity of decanting process, keeping in view quality, quantity and HSE measures.• To ensure quality testing in Lab ( Flash Point, RON, Distillations)• To ensure calculations of receipt TL’s Documents • To register / Monitor & Prepare Daily Loss / Gain of the stocks and send to stack holders.• To maintain & prepare daily Meter Report.• To prepare Manifold of tanks (Receipt & Dispatches) on daily basis.• To keep up to date Fire Fighting system within Depot. • To Abide by HSE policies of the company during day to day activities.• To Train Depot staff theoretically and practically.

Sahiwal Bulk Oil Terminal

• To prepaid the Transaction report daily bases & manage the gain & Loss from tanks. • To prepaid the OCAC Reports (OMC’s Sale & Stocks Report). • Generate invoices through Online ERP (SAP) System according to their orders. • Check the daily, weekly, monthly and other reports and statements for stocks, sales, collections, expenses and other activities and ensure that they have submitted to the authorized recipients as required. • Stock calculation at different temperature against all dispatches. • To ensure the all our operations are performed, and seen to be performed safely.• Ensure that operational loss or gain is timely calculated and reported to the designated authorities. • To manage office record keeping and office management. • Check and ensure proper and correct recording of product receipts at depots and that the processing of related documents is carried out according to the prescribed policy of the company. • Reconcile Physical stock with ERP(SAP) stock on daily basis. • Ensure that documents relating to dispatch of products from Terminal/Depot are prepared, approval from competent authority, obtained and source documents are regularly dispatched for computer processing. • To deal with physically reporting team any issues. • To communicate head office regarding physically reporting issues & reports.• To manage all Operational activities in the absence of Terminal Manager.

Sahiwal Bulk Oil Terminal

• To strategically arrange, plan and manage tank trucks fleet, Terminals/Depots operations and transportation for smooth In-bond and Out-bond deliveries.• To collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes, such as Sales, order management, Finance, shipping and operations.• To keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.• To coordinate and control all aspects of Logistics operations including vehicles, haulers and drivers.• To access Road Transport HSSE & Root cause analysis for Delivery failures.• To Organizing Safety Day to promote Company’s Safety Culture.• To Prepare, maintain and circulate following reports on daily basis to all stake holders; Tank Lorries Pre-loading, Unloading Inspection Report for each TL.• To prepare Physical Reporting and Transit Reports (with follow up for any delay from standard time).• To prepare Secondary Trip Analysis Report and follow up for anomalies• To Analyse Tracker reports for all Primary Trips against exceptions and provide soft copies to Customer Service for record.• To Arrange Defensive Driving Trainings periodically and for all new driver.• To prepare Freight Bills and Product Movements on monthly basis.
