During my 6-week internship at Nishat Mills Limited, Faisalabad, I actively participated in the HR and Administration Office, engaging with various departments such as labor, time, health and safety, calibration, and gate. This hands-on experience allowed me to grasp safety protocols, audit requirements, and deliverables, as well as comprehend the organization's performance management and quality management systems. By working closely with different offices, I gained knowledge about work scheduling, order processing, and HR processes essential for the smooth operation of a large-scale workforce. Overall, this internship equipped me with the skills to effectively manage and accommodate a diverse workforce on a daily basis.
