Organize the storage and distribution of goods and ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. Involving in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods. strategically manage warehouse and distribution in compliance with company’s policies and vision .Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations .

Supervising all activities in Dry, cold store and furniture stores and assisting warehouse managers to achieve warehouse operation requirements.Supervise receipt of all shipments. Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed. Move inventory to various locations of warehouse by co coordinating with Ware house manager with mechanical equipment operators which includes fork lift, pallet jack, and handcart. Supervise to dispose damage/expired and all other Non – Conformance goods.Coordinate with Quality control team to ensure that health and food safety policy is followed up in warehouses. Assume responsibility for delivery of all items received by warehouse to proper location on a daily basis.Supervise warehousing and storage of all supplies .Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.Direct and maintain a safety program for all employees assigned to warehouse. Initiate and maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment within warehouse as prescribed by law and company policy. Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties .Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to HSE department .Participate in budget development and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations.Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing rule; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.Coordinate with Material handling equipment’s maintenance team (MHE) to ensure periodical service is done for all equipment’s and pass their instruction to warehouse team for safe operation. Coordinate with HAVC team for periodical maintenance of freezer/ chiller and Ac units Supervise , evaluate and train a forty member’s group of warehouse workers and divide KPI target to warehouse staffs ( including warehouse men and Team leaders ).

Engaging in all operation activities of Dry, cold and furniture’s stores and assisting warehouse superiors Coordinating with the Various Customers (including AC/Non AC/Cold store customers) for daily transnational requirements and ensure their orders are fulfilled well within the parameters of the Service Level Agreement Delegate work assignment to the warehouse staffs and supervise the functions of all warehouse employees.Responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing items are in good condition and Raise Non – Conformance report to customer if any discrepancy.Responsible for maintain proper temperature while storing/receiving and delivering. Responsible person for report regarding the complaints of freezer/chiller and AC units as well as if temperature fluctuation is occurred .Responsible for moving damage/expired and all other Non – Conformance goods to quarantine area Ensure completeness and on time truck loading and delivery .Compiles data to be finally transmitted onwards for stock replenishment.Ensuring the “First In First Out” (FIFO) and ‘First expiry first out’ (FEFO ) system in the warehouse are being followed.Closely working with inventory team to sure that the inventory figures in the system are consistent with the actual count.Keep clean record for stock with serial numbers.Maintain the warehouse well organized and clean.Ensure that all transactions are supported by proper documents.Follow-up on the status of the complaints/concerns regarding the delivered items and make certain that it is resolved.Coordinate with other departments as required by work and the standard operating procedures.Ensure compliance of all legal and health and food safety procedures in the warehouse.Evaluate complaints received and inform the root cause to superiors.

Performing daily inbound and outbound Audit and update the data into inventory management system.Performing weekly,Monthly,Quarterly,Half yearly and yearly cycle count .Updating information into the data and inventory management system on material status along with their location through Codification/item description.Maintain stock rotation and alarming about outdated or expired goods to warehouse departments .Investigate inventory errors and perform corrective actions .Assisting customers for Stock audit and preparing reports for their requirements.Maintain a very high accuracy rate of inventory control figure .Created and maintained inventory management records on a consistent basis. Assisting finance and quality department team for periodical Audit.Informing manager when in a need for inventory review arises and suggest/perform stock Audit.

Manage the Packing lists relevant to the section and ensure all flights are packed as per the Packing lists.Understand / comment / react on the flight schedule and the telex amendment mainly those changes in a short notice.Aware of the impact once the change happened after the flight set has left the bonded stores, i.e.: still inside the unit or flight is loaded then changed.Maintain a traceability level in the stock take.Monitor the flight by flight, day by day product usage and alarm the inventory supervisor on deviations and or abnormalities.Ensure the products removal from the bulk to float is properly controlled and documented.
