• Led the Foreign & Local Technical Procurements of total worth ~ USD 9M in a span of 1 year; managed RFQs, led negotiations, drafted contracts & ensured timely-deliveries.• Led the Procurements for upgradation and overhauling of the Electronic Tolling & Transportation Management System (ETTM) and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) for the largest network of Smart Motorways in Pakistan with a total distance of ~ 2,334 Kms consisting of 121 Toll Plazas; of worth ~ USD 6M, including Procurement for Pakistan’s first Video Tolling Project at M-9 (Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway) of worth ~ USD 1M. The Video Tolling Project significantly decreased road congestion along with a 10% increase in the daily tolling revenue.• Led the Procurements for Upgradation of Data Center at Headquarter FWO of worth ~ USD 1M. The equipment included Blade Servers, Virtualization Solution, Storage and Network Switches. The upgradation was required for catering future challenges including deployment of newly developed Video Tolling Application.• Led negotiations and contracting with a local ISP of worth ~ USD 0.75M for provision and implementation of Network Services at 38+ sites all across Pakistan; resulting in smooth commuting and elimination of tolling discrepancies.• Increased the strategic vendor pool from 70 vendors to 150+ vendors (both locally and internationally) enabling the org to have a higher value via enhanced negotiation power.• Led the strategic initiative of raising the Procurement Department of One Network (Pvt) Ltd – A fully owned, commercial subsidiary of FWO; resulting in linking up directly with OEMs (e.g. Dell, NetApp, Huawei, VMware, AxxonSoft, Dahua, ZKTeco, etc.) driving a massive reduction of ~ USD 2.5M+ through elimination of business partner margins and dual taxation.• Led and drove the development of an in-house Inventory Management System (IMS) and its deployment at 14 stores across Pakistan, managing to track and save inventory worth Billions of Dollars.

• Core Member of the Project Team that proposed Remote Monitoring and Control (RMC) project to Minister of Petroleum for implementation in OGDCL and SNGPL. The RMC system was an innovative Digital Oilfield solution which would have connected the clients (Petroleum Ministry, OGDCL and SNGPL HQs) directly to their field assets e.g. wells, compressors, tanks, flow meters, etc; empowering the higher management to monitor and control the production in real-time, saving billions of national exchequer and providing the best tools for strategic planning.• Led extensive surveys of different Oil & Gas fields for conducting POCs and tailoring the RMC solution according to clients’ requirement and its compatibility with the existing infrastructure.
