Collections & Timely deposits of payments from nationwide distributors. Receivables in accordance with the credit limits. Ageing of receivables & its reporting to the regional team.Monthly Sales tax reporting & coordination for its filing with the tax consultants. Calculation & submission of withholding tax & coordination with the tax consultants. Distributor Investment Reports on monthly basis.Inventory Week Covers. Maintining Monthly Financial Statements & its reporting. Working on ERP software for inventory management & its proper recording in the system.Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation. My responsibilities included handling funds and SMAs of UBL Fund Managers Ltd. (United stock advantage fund, UBL Growth & Income Fund, UBL Islamic Savings Fund, UBL Retirement savings fund, UBL Islamic retirement savings fund).Daily NAV calculation of above mentioned funds.• Preparation of Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Accounts according to the NBFC rules and relevant IAS of the fund.• Monthly preparation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement.• Monthly SBP Reporting.• Monthly SECP Reporting on SECP web portal.• Daily Bank and unit Reconciliation of all bank accounts.• Coordinate with operations department for daily issuance & redemption of units. • TFC’s,T-Bill, Ijara, Sukuk and PIB Valuations on daily basis.• Foreign Investments Valuations.• Prepare monthly profit & loss summary• Liaison with Internal & External Auditors• Critical analyses of daily net income after execution of day-end process• Prepare valuation sheet of investment made by funds.• Co-ordinating with the trustee for different purposes and daily entering of the NAV into the fund management system.• Mapping of accounts.• Prepare various reports for specific audit/investigation conducted by SECP.• Preparation of summary after the day end process. • Day end execution of separately managed accounts and there bank reconciliation.• Dealing with banks and other stakeholders of the funds.• General ledger posting of all the above mentioned funds and reconciling them with the liquidity maintained by the settlement department.• Coordination with banks & CDC for pledge/withdrawal of securities.• Preparation of Monthly Management accounts.Looked after corporate affairs.
