Laser & Electronics Middle East Group has taken initiative to launch a number of exclusive concepts in the region including circuit board design, lighting design solutions and environmentally-friendly technologies.The Group comprises of 3 companies, Laser & Electronics Middle East LLC, LEME Lighting & LEME Media FacadeLaser & Electronics Middle East LLC Job Roles;• Provides first- and second-level technical support for users of company products, including current and prospective clients, resellers, and professional product testing organizations.• Installs, configures, fine-tunes and conduct training on machines from the principles.• Researches, reproduces, and resolves technical issues reported by customers.• Provides detailed documentation of all technical issues within call tracking database.• Collaborates with quality assurance and development teams on understanding of issues and steps needed to resolve them.• Maintains frequent communication with customers while investigating and resolving issues.• Contributes to the product solution’s technical knowledge base that is used by customers, partners, and internal employees on a regular basis.LEME Lighting Job Roles:• Support the sales force & customers with lighting design & lighting simulation.• Assist internal sales order processing staff in management of project orders & contracts.• Respond to technical enquiries from customers & sales engineers• Support assigned Sales team with All technical aspects requested during project acquisition and execution phase.• Preparig technical and commercial proposals under direction of Technical Director(in liason with sales, technical, and Design unit).• Support sales team with Prequalification documentation preparation and submittal.• Support in production of BOQ's, design drawings, submittals. • Support Sales win client meetings that require Technical support (product /technical information).

• Working in the Surface Mount Assembly as Production in charge, handling very complex printed circuit boards which involve programming of very high speed Pick and Place M/Cs using CAD SOFTWARE- GC POWER PLACE, programming of screen printers, development of profiles for 10 and 8 zone Reflow Ovens.• Managing more than 150 operators for three shifts.• Ensuring all the machines and other hardware resources are up in the section.• Over sees, the production processes including Process of creating master production schedules, ensuring material availability, and inventory control.• Managing the Production Planning activities and work with project engineer in new product development and coordinate the release of new product to shop floor.• Establishment of labor standards, and continual improvement of labor efficiency. Implement the cross training to operators to increase productivity.• Review resources weekly with leaders to evaluated the current manpower or equipments require in production• Review W.I.P daily with leader and production planning to adjust resources requirement• Internal auditing under the scope of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and AS9100
