Nearly 20 years of extensive knowledge and experiance in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts of large-scale offshore complex infrastructure facility, including but not limited to offshore platforms (commonly CPP, LQ, WHP, GCM), bridges, jackets, HDVC substation platforms, FPSO modules and pipe racks. The focal area of workscope mainly comprise on quality management system of EPC on various discipline and processess such as:- Marketing: RFQ, ITT (Bidding/Tendering).- Contracts: CAPEX, OPEX, Qualification of Contractors.- Planning: Review Base Line/Curves, Risk Management.- Operation: support, service and maintenance.- Engineering: Shop Drawings, Change Management (TQ, CR/DR), Document Control.- Procurement: AVL, MTO, Lead Time and ETA.- Construction: warehouse, logistics, fabrication structural and piping CS & CRA, welding, releases, coating, erection and installation, insulation, E&IT, HVAC, architectural.- QA/QC: NCR, inspection, monitoring, surveillance, NDT, FAT, audit, verification, regulation and directive compliance.- Commissioning: pre-commissioning, mechanical completion, function test.The QMS goals is always to meet minimum requirements as stated by contracts, specifications and standards, determine the effectiveness and efficiency of each process, liaise and communicate with customers and certifying authorities as well as develope and maintain best practices in order to achieve safety, schedule, delivery and quality of products.
