• Oversee the development of business plans, financial strategies, and technological advancements to drive growth.• Ensure the financial health of the company by analyzing cash flow, cost controls, and financial statements.• Direct the company’s operations, including project selection, bidding, and contract negotiations.• Supervise construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.• Identify and mitigate risks related to projects and business operations.• Ensure that construction practices result in high-quality structures that satisfy client needs and adhere to industry standards.• Uphold ethical business practices and ensure corporate governance in all company dealings.

• Collaborate with MEP contractors to test and calibrate field devices, sensors, and actuators.• Configure and program the Automation Servers, Direct Digital Controllers, and Thermostat Controllers.• Commission field machinery such as Chiller, DX Coil, (F)AHU, FCU, Water Transfer Pump, and Stair Pressurization Fan.• Design building automation nexus to support operator workstations, DDC field panels, and third-party integration devices.• Drive project schedules while working closely with design and construction to ensure milestones and completion dates are on track.
