• Provided consultation services to six diverse clients across multiple industries, addressing e-Invoicing queries and requirements.​• Executed high-level IT assessment on ERP systems (SAP/others) to ensure data availability and formatting to ensure compliance and system-readiness of e-Invoicing in accordance with LHDN’s latest guidelines.​• Propose strategic recommendations and initiatives to enable clients to enhance their ERP systems ensuring timely and effective execution of e-Invoicing in alignment with the forthcoming implementation.​• Conduct study on LHDN’s e-Invoice guidelines, LHDN’s e-Invoice specific guidelines and e-Invoice Software Development Kit (SDK) and perform comparison and analysis to be informed of latest updates from LHDN.​• Collaborate with internal EY tax team to receive further clarification and establish solid understanding relating to e-Invoice.

• Developed business intelligence dashboards using PowerBI consisting of structured data that was initially converted from unstructured data (PDFs/Images) by utilizing Microsoft’s cognitive services, Azure Form Recognizer and creation of machine learning models for unstructured data enablement process for Upstream and PD&T projects under Nebula team. • Led pre-discovery initiatives for structured data enablement projects from Upstream and PD&T sector by conducting business requirements gathering, feasibility study, user pain points and proceed to report findings for risk assessment, potential impacts and project initiation. • Served as the intermediary to facilitate progress and procedures of both structured and unstructured data enablement projects and maintaining close communication with project stakeholders (business users, ETL team, modeler team, data governance team).• Conducted data analysis and classification, created data dictionary and defined data quality rules to conform with enterprise standard for seamless data migration process.

• Assigned support tickets to D&A Operations Team and developed solutions to enhance the team’s work efficiency and productivity. • Developed a PowerAutomate solution which automatically extracts data on a daily basis from internal data warehouse by performing SQL execution and perform data transformation and load data into SharePoint list and displayed in Operations Team Toolkit PowerApps application. • Perform frequent updates and adding new features to Schlumberger's D&A Operations' Team internal toolkit PowerApps application. Built a data-entry form for developers to fill details of SLB's project migrations to be populated into SLB D&A SharePoint list database. • Designed and developed the Data & Analytics Operations Team Dashboard by applying data retrieval, transformations and visualizations. Collaborated with D&A Operations Team to receive their feedback regarding the dashboard and implement suggestions in an agile iterative approach. • Developed an Alteryx automated workflow that provides employees worldwide to receive specified access to confidential business intelligence dashboards. Requested access will automatically create a ticket and send to respective approvers for approval prior to providing access to the dashboards. Performed various complex ETL processes and verifications prior to access provision completion. Conducted intensive UAT, monitoring and approval requests with relevant stakeholders prior to deployment into production for business consumption. • Developed an Alteryx solution that enables automatic SQL execution from internal data warehouse to perform individual data verification and checkup which scheduled to run daily. Warnings will be automatically notified to D&A Operations team via email about failed runs for further assessment and a ticket will be automatically created in BMC Remedy system.
