• Facilitate and produce real-time incident communications called ‘Alerts’ on all service affecting issues to internal and external Thomson Reuters customers via various media like Customer Zone Pages, e-mail.
• Direct ownership of the creation, distribution, management and closure of all Customer Service communications associated with service affecting incidents, planned maintenance and change information.
• Central point of contact for all business functions viz. Thomson Reuters Customer Support, Technical Account Managers and Data Account Managers relating to service incidents and their status.
• Active part of the problem management process by driving several service improvements.
• I was a key member in facilitating communications between key operational groups on service-impacting incidents.
