As an Associate TSE in Red Hat’s Identity Management (IdM) team, I provide comprehensive technical support to enterprise customers. My responsibilities involve troubleshooting complex issues related to Red Hat Identity Management, ensuring secure and scalable authentication and authorization solutions. I work closely with customer to resolve identity and access management challenges, including LDAP integration, certificate management, samba, sssd and Kerberos authentication.Responsibilities:1. Providing timely resolution for customer issues, ensuring minimal disruption to critical infrastructure.2. Analyzing and diagnosing Identity Management problems in real-time, covering areas like Red Hat Directory Server (RHDS), IdM replication, and user authentication via SSH keys.3. Collaborating with engineering and product teams to escalate and address complex problems.4.
