I am Vice President and global leader of P&G Chemicals which deals Oleochemicals that is historical and only ‘Business to Business’ unit of P&G. In my current role, I am responsible for business development and ‘Go to Market’ approach for Oleochemicals business. I also lead the “Palm Sustainability Program” for P&G; from developing the vision, shaping the approach & bringing that vision to life.In my 25 years, I had an opportunity to perform various roles be it country, regional and global providing me with opportunities to work across cultures, functions and lead teams to overcome challenges to achieve exceptional business results. These experiences have enhanced my business skills in delivering successive cost improvements across variety of materials/industries/situations. Extensive experience in leading global/regional teams, building team capability by coaching/training new hires to become young purchasing professionals via direct and remote coaching.
