Involved in USD $ 2.47 Billion Project in Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKREER) To Construct a Carbon Black and Delayed Coke (CBDC) Plan. The CBDC Facility located at the chemical refining complex in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.

I was involving in making Commissioning Operation & Mechanical Run Test Procedures. Communicate with Vender. Prepare equipment for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning. Losing with instrument, electrical, Operation and Clint. I was preparing operation test procedure for rotating equipment’s and to discussed and get the approval of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Operations Procedures from clients.To lead subcontractor for the safe execution of Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning activities in line with the schedule.Liaise & Coordinate with commissioning engineers and provide them support and guidelines for technical commissioning related issues.Regularly communication with Sub-contractor execution team.Able to find out technical problems associated with rotating/static equipment and mechanical Packages/valves are identified and resolved or coordinated with the respective vendor.

 Assuring timely completion and hand over of equipment and packages on various systems for the ADCO Qusahwira Project. Preparation of functional test and operation test procedures to ensure that the project testing requirements are satisfied and there are no problems at onshore during commissioning of various systems like Chemical injection, Emergency diesel Generator, Instrument air Compressor, Nitrogen Generation, Chemical Injection, Fuel gas, Tundish drain, Flare for RDS & CDS, Gas Injection Compressor, MOL, Vapour Recovery Compressor, Glycol Dehydration, glycol drain, process drain, recovery oil collection, water disposal, pig launchers and pig receivers, cranes systems. Supervising system procedures/establishing equipment reliability measurement and performing analysis of reliability data. Handling spares & Material planning, selection, Inspection, procurement, etc. Identification of System / Sub-system, limits to ensure that pre-commissioning / commissioning activities can be completed. Preparation of consolidated lube oil schedule and provide technical inputs for procurement of first fills. Supervising and ensuring that the vendor/ sub-contractor scope of work is carried out at site in compliance with the project requirements. Preparing as built drawings as per site condition and forwarded to engineering team in timely manner.

I am involve in Installation of Rolls-Royce Gas Turbine, Turbine Auxiliaries, Emergency Diesel Generator, Air Compressor, Air Receiver Vessel, Pumps, all rotating equipment alignment, arrange materials, planning and preparing for inspection. Involve in Pre – Commissioning, Commissioning, Start up and overhauling & stabilizing of Power Plant.

Involved in Escravos Gas to Liquids Project (EGTL) Plant in Escravos, Nigeria. It is Capacity 34,000 barrel per day (bpd). EGTL project will convert over 300 million cubic feet of natural gas a day to GTL diesel and naphtha. Installation of all Rotating and static equipment like Pumps, Compressors, Exchanger, Colum, Vessels, HRSG, as per client requirement. Arranger required all materials, planning, and Preparing RFI for Inspection.

Involved in 7.8 MTPA World Largest LNG Plant erections, (PRE-COMMI), Commissioning and Start up, overhauling & stabilizing of Train (4&5) LNG TRAIN, SRU, & INLET’S Rotary & Static equipment's.Supervises, coordinates and participates in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance activities for plant equipment at the assigned location.Assists the maintenance team in establishing priorities, making improvements on work methods, evaluating modification proposals and failure analysis.

Execute Field Maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance schedule / plan.Execute non-routine/breakdown maintenance activities.Troubleshoot abnormalities arising in the plant equipment Pump, Compressor, Boiler, Gear Box,Execute all assigned work tasks in line with agreed plant operating philosophies, and in line with current Maintenance Craft Procedures and work practices. Report to Maintenance Supervisor on status of daily activities and work progress. Assist Maintenance Supervisor to control and plan work activities.Conducts preventive maintenance, tasks on cooler belts, bearings, sheaves and plates. Aligns blade angle to achieve proper amount of cold air and aligns motor.Carries out planned maintenance on all Reciprocating pumps in the facilities. This includes inspection, repair, maintenance, overhaul, and re-build. Replaces if necessary worn out internal parts on fresh water, liquid transfer pumps in the facility. Work includes also checking seal oil, main bearings, crankshaft deflection and connecting rod.Carries out planned maintenance on all Centrifugal pumps in the facility. Includes carries out inspection, repair, maintenance, overhaul, re-build and internal parts in horizontal and vertical pumps, Aligns pump / motor coupling together to get smooth flow to prevent noise and vibration, Ensures alignment is completed to the correct tolerances.Execute of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance, trouble shooting, repairs and overhauls activities related to the mechanical parts of all rotating equipment and all types of low / high pressure valves in the fields.
