Responsible to manage the SOC operations and deliver the services to customers in ME region. Responsible to review the SOC operations on weekly/monthly basis along with the customer. Understand the customer expectations and translate the same to offshore SOC monitoring team. Coordinate between the offshore team, onsite team and the customer to better deliver the services. Keep a track on the project expenses and maintain the profitability. Manage customer escalations and bring the project back on track. Guide and mentor the SOC team to better understand the customer expectations and deliver.Work closely with customers to guide them on the SOC maturity curve. Act as an SME for SOC assessment, gap fixing & improvement programs.

in this role, I have done more than 20 SIEM deployments, more than 10 SOC consulting projects executed & more than 10 PCI & ISO audits faced. My technical expertise & skills are as mentioned below,1. Design, size, deploy, fine-tune, optimize & assess security solutions such as HP ArcSight, IBM Qradar, Symantec SIM, RSA SIEM, Splunk etc...2. Provide SOC consulting to build the SOC from scratch, enhance the existing SOC, recommend necessary measures to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the SOC.3. Develop SOC processes, procedures, incident management processes & procedures, tightly integrate them with organization level processes & procedures.4. Manage security testing activities, prepare the organization to face ISO & PCI audits & help them pass the certifications.5. As a team lead I have managed the team of 10 guys carrying out different activities belonging to security assessment, penetration testing, application penetration testing, device management such as netscalar, F5, brightmail etc... & the SOC monitoring using RSA SIEM tool.6.Possess ArcSight technical certificaiton & ITIL certification.7. Possess strong expertise in use case design, which involves translating the threat case into deployable usacase scenario on SIEM solution. 8. Strong skills in developing security baseline for infrastructure devices, security devices & applications.

I am involved in activities such as ArcSight connector deployment, device integration activities, running file share scans on Vontu, nCircle scans to find out the vulnerabilities etc... Also, I have performed the vulnerability assessment activities based on the output from nCircle scans.
