Responsible to manage the SOC operations and deliver the services to customers in ME region. Responsible to review the SOC operations on weekly/monthly basis along with the customer. Understand the customer expectations and translate the same to offshore SOC monitoring team. Coordinate between the offshore team, onsite team and the customer to better deliver the services. Keep a track on the project expenses and maintain the profitability. Manage customer escalations and bring the project back on track. Guide and mentor the SOC team to better understand the customer expectations and deliver.Work closely with customers to guide them on the SOC maturity curve. Act as an SME for SOC assessment, gap fixing & improvement programs.

Work with CISOs, CIOs & information security managers to help them build & run the information security program.7. Possess excellent presentation skills. Design, size, deploy, fine-tune, optimize & assess security solutions such as HP ArcSight, IBM Qradar, Symantec SIM, RSA SIEM, Splunk etc...2. Provide SOC consulting to build the SOC from scratch, enhance the existing SOC, recommend necessary measures to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the SOC.3.
