• Assisting the students with complete visa process including financials checks and immigration rules before applying for the Student and dependant visa.
• Helping students with Mock interviews and SOP writing to apply for Visa.
• Guiding Students and dependents for Visa documentation, online application, VFS appointment bookings and assist them with end to end Visa process.
• Liasing with universities and university officers for the CAS issuance.
• Ensure ODMV Services are provided for students who failed to secure appointments.
• Ensure all documents are ready for the Biometrics.

• Managing a team of overall 16 Members under my supervision.
• Managing appointment system for German Consulate, Chennai and for VFS.
• Manage the proces of UK and Schengen countries and make sure all the applications received at the centre are submitted carefully for further process in the BDHC (British Deputy High Comission-Chennai) and other.
• Connect with the BDHC staff to check on the status of the submitted visas files and maintain records of the same.
• Scanning of Visa application, Passport and other necessary documents and enrolling biometrics. Handle Incentives and OT reports. Maintain all strong database of every record.
• Handling applicants queries in application center related to visa interview, filling applications, screening documents, etc.
