 Designing and manufacturing PLC & HMI-based PCC, MCC, APFC, IMCC, PDB, APFC, AMF, and DG synchronization electrical panels. Creating I/O lists and calculating the number of PLC I/O modules required from the motor equipment list. Designing and manufacturing PLC & HMI panels using Rockwell Automation, Schneider, Siemens, and ABB PLCs. Preparing drawings for general arrangements, single-line diagrams, and schematic diagrams. Selecting Bus bar (Aluminum and Copper), and determining the size of bus bars, wires, and cables. Calculating panel current load for size design. Calculating panel heat load for panel ventilation. Selecting electrical and electronic components for panels. Preparing the Bill of Materials for panels. Selecting electrical and electronic relays according to fault requirements, meters, and accessories for panels. Managing the workload for both electrical and mechanical workshops. Arranging job drawings and as-built drawings. Occasionally visiting sites and installing control panels as required. Proficient in software such as AutoCAD 2D and Tally ERP System. Conducting technical discussions with clients and obtaining drawing approvals. Providing compliance and clarifications to customer technical queries for drawing approvals and manufacturing clearances of panels. Working knowledge of TTA/PTTA panels. Interested in new design and development.
