⁓ I am the part of the Design Services at Genser Aerospace & IT Pvt Ltd.⁓ I am Currently Working on Design and Modeling of Centre Fuselage bulkhead and Structural modification for 7+2-seater Indigenous Business Jet aircraft.⁕ Designed and modeled fuselage frames, bulkheads, longerons, and stringers in collaboration with the FEA team for a 7+2 seater indigenous business jet aircraft.⁕ Detailed design of Machined and Sheet Metal mid and aft fuselage frames and their attachments.⁕ Learned to produce manufacturing drawings from the CAD models provided by the design engineers.⁕ Worked on a 1:1 scale model for mock-up, developed for real-time experience of design constraints.⁕ Worked on a 1:10 scale prototype that was developed for display.⁕ Worked on preliminary design for cabin windows.⁕ Leveraged 3D-Experience and CATIA V5 knowledge, adhering to guidelines for joggles and cross-sections, and various entities and platforms related to machined and structurally linked parts.⁕ Worked on station diagrams for entire fuselage and wing jig assemblies in the indigenous business jet aircraft.
