ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-1.Working as a team leader for IOCL storage facilities and achieved their requirements.2.Deals with the Planning, loading and unloading of TTS. Handling of POL products (Receiving from vessel, storing in tanks, delivering to TTs) as per IQCM. 3.Preparing necessary documents after completion of discharge operations.4.Pigging/ Flushing of the product lines for evacuation of the product and swabbing of the lines.5.Responsible for carrying out all types of Sampling (POL products as per IQCM) Manual gauging, tank line up, Pump line up, Water Draining, Pump operations and other all routine field activities as per SOP.6.Well aware of Gantry operation, pipeline transfer, tank line up etc.7.Had enough knowledge on Petroleum products (MS, HSD).8.Working as INCHARGE dealing with Planning, Operations, PLT, Dip Memo, Out Turn Reports and shipment activities & handling clients of BPCL, IOCL, SHELL, RELIANCE and HPCL.9.Preparation of Tank Inspection Report and Verification of closing stocks. 10.Record keeping & statutory compliance at location 11.. Supervised Logistics activities and handled 100+ Fleets in Marine Liquid Terminal at Ennore port. Key Supported for cargo Stock Transfer from Bulk storage terminal to customer premises.12.. Transportation of white oil ATF and other POL products from our terminal. Assisted with TT Induction, Calibrating tanks as per OISD Norms.13..Planning and Arrangement of fleets as per customer requirement. Tracking and monitoring the tank trucks and cargo after dispatch14.Coordinated with operations, quality control and rescue team. Conducting tool box meeting with stake holders15.Monitoring the dispatched stock levels and updating the INVENTORY status of Cargo16.Carry out Transportation Safety checks & Controls.17.Hands of experience in IOCL & BPCL SAP transactions, Invoicing / Truck Master creation and Updating / Truck Tracking / Purchase Requisition / Proof of delivery / Goods Receipt / Daily Stock entry/ Tank emptying / Tanker Accounting/ Stock Transfer / Day Closing / Monthly R & I reports.
