Prepared the 1’st Project Management Consultancy Document in Airports Authority of India for Project Management from concept to Commissioning of Projects. This is the base document for all PMC works in AAI.Responsible for preparation of General & Special Conditions of Contract, Contract Documents, Took Tender action, processed & awarded works of ATC Tower, Terminal Building , Fire Station , Boundary wall , Runway, Taxi track ,Apron & associated structures valued at Rs. 176 Crore for Jharsugda Airport Rs.1216 Crore for Patna Airport, Rs.707 Crores for Port Blair Airport, Rs. 912 Crore for Bhubaneshwar Airport, Rs. 950 Crore for Bihta Airport and Rs 450 Crores for Deoghar Airport.

Preperation of Detailed estimates, taking Tender Action for award of works of Construction of Runway, Taxiway, Apron, Control Tower & Terminal Building valued at Rs.120 Crores. As Project –in-Charge at Amritsar Project, coordinated all works to ensure immediate utilization of the entire Air-side Corridor / In-Contact Bays of Amritsar Airport . Coordination for works oF Future Parallel Taxi Tracks & ORP’s. Was in-charge of all Civil works of Construction of New Terminal Building, Apron & Taxi Track at Chandigarh Airport Project, Mohali valued at Rs. 450 Crores. Independently defended the Arbitration Cases and Continuous Monitoring resulted into effective Time & Cost Control of the Chandigarh Project .

At Headquarters Prepared Detailed Estimates, Specifications, General & Special Conditions of Contract, Contract Documents, Took Tender action, Processed & awarded the Mega Project of New Terminal at Chennai Airport costing more than Rs. 1000.00 crores as Bid Manager.

Defended AAI interest in Arbitration cases related to Project related works, Liasoned for providing all details related to Court Cases, Was Engineer-in-Charge for execution of works of Construction of Parallel Taxi Track, Apron , Link Taxi(Between Runway 10-28 & Parallel Taxi at Delhi Project

Initiated Preparation of Contract Documents, Tender Action , award and supervision of works of Runway Extension , Apron Extension. Sub Station, Boundary wall at Jaipur Airport, Power House Building at Delhi Airport and Maintenance of Terminal Buildings of terminal 1, Delhi Airport.
