 Lead Auditor on site for maintaining high standards of food safety and food hygiene to comply with customer (Tesco, Sainsbury, Marks & Spencer, ASDA etc) database standards and due diligence. Driving quality standards on the site by managing a team of 8 Quality Assurance Auditors and 6 Raw materials Quality inspectors and performing Supplier Quality Assurance audits for UK based suppliers.

 Leading a team of 20 and solving customer queries, monitoring preparation of chilled and hot food, temperature control, team planning and presenting up to date record sheets. Carrying out random checks on products produced in order to ensure they are in specification, training newbie’s, managing work environment, giving feedback and doing hand over’s to next team, etc. Briefing staff about regular improvements and changes of work plan. Attending post-work meetings for daily report and accounts submission with the usage details.

 Working under the Site Quality Assurance Manager along with 12 quality auditors to perform daily QA audits, checks, inspections in the factory. On-line production support for testing, panelling and out-of-date audits. Daily GMP audits, GHP audits, foreign body audits, glass n hard plastic audits, temperature control audits, paper work audits and scores. Non-conformance meeting with production managers to understand the reason for working out of standard procedures. Analysing risk for any procedural concessions given for raws or finished products. Training audits and cleaning audits as and when required on the production lines. Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to Quality Manager.
