Have worked in various business lines such as Medical, Pharmacy, Behavioral, Dental, Group Life and have proven experience in HealthCare domain.• Design and develop standard healthcare dashboards that provide quick insights into health plan/payer performance and serve ad-hoc reporting needs of various business users using Power BI Service which includes population profile, financial profile, utilization profile.• Design a data driven stratification strategy to identify members for care intervention in order to provide better health and decrease the expenditure • Implement CMS HCC Model for calculating prospective risk scores and analyze HCC gaps for accurately coding risk scores • Provide Analytical dashboards that helps in tracking prospective risk score for the Medicare advantage population there by helping in predicting prospective premium payments for the next year from CMS • Implement HEDIS measures to trend and track health plan performance for quality of care • Implement OLAP Cubes using SQL Server Analysis Services with extensive DAX formulae to develop Key Performance Indicators and Measures for faster access • Design and develop ETL Packages using SQL Server Integration services for data loads from multiple data sources into the data warehouse • Responsible for designing, coding and modifying website to integrate Power BI reports for wider distribution using ASP.NET MVC and Power BI Embedded API • Implement portal security using Microsoft ASP.NET identity framework
