Product life cycle management and release activity from concept (CP stage) to SOP (EN stage) in PLM- Teamcenter10. Expertise in compression pad BOL & EOL force calculation based on FTC, CFD & rate of compression.11. Module components selection- Compression pad, double-sided tape, thermal resin, etc.12. Defining DVP requirements and SOR for battery pack components13. Documentation- Technical synthesis, DFMEA, EOL, SOR compliance, 3D sign-off, Add-Del List, 8D Analysis, Change PPT, Tolerance Stack-up analysis, etc.14. Interaction with suppliers in selecting components as per requirements & definition of requirements for SOR parts.15. Interaction with cross-functional teams- electrical, mechanical development, CDMM, quality, CME & production team as part of the project development lifecycle.
